Leadership « Who is Spiderhost? « About Us
Spiderhost
is what it is because of our talented and dedicated staff (and they're
snappy dressers too!). But we know you
want to know about our team leaders. So here ya go:
Ruby
Ruby joined our family in October of 2007. She’s
a Mexican Redknee Tarantula, and quite the conversation starter. She
spends her days, keeping an eye on the lobby, spinning the occasional
web and just doing what spiders do. To date there is only
one escape attempt on record, so rest assured, it’s safe
to visit. Stop by and see her sometime.
Interesting tidbits…
- Despite
their reputation for being vicious, tarantulas are only aggressive
when provoked. Ruby will flick her back legs when she
sense danger.
- Redknee’s
have adhesive pads on each of their legs. So that’s
how she climbs up the side of her aquarium!

for businesses across Florida, Dale has built Spiderhost into a competitive
and innovative provider of technology solutions.
Dale's technology experience began as general
manager of Bitstorm Internet Service, a Deltona based Internet

Little known fact: Dale was an instrumental engineer
at the Walt Disney Internet Group, where he was accountable for
maintaining, securing, and developing industry-leading websites
such as Disney.com, ESPN.com, ABCNews.com and ABC.com. Go
Dale!
Dale has crafted a technical niche as network
