Belated greetings in the New Year!

Since we last spoke with you in 2003, much has changed at Spiderhost.

We are very excited about the new initiatives and offerings we are developing for 2004 and look forward to sharing them with you as the year progresses.

For us, 2003 was a solid year. While many of our competitors continued to downsize, and struggle, we made good strides in our target markets. We believe that we have added to an already solid foundation of business service successes, and look forward to much more in 2004.

To that end, we want to encourage you to let us know if there is something more we can do to help your business grow. One of our goals in 2004 is to become the recognized technology expert across central Florida, and incumbent in that is knowing our customers needs in micro-detail. We are on that path, but want to remind you that we are here to support you at every turn of your evolution.

Spiderhost is constantly looking for ways to improve the quality and delivery of our services.

The new site has been re-designed to make accessing information easier for our visitors and to enable a better understanding of the depth of our services and how we can help businesses of all sizes better leverage technology.

But there are also some new content areas to visit.

We have rolled out a new “Ask the Expert” section that offers free answers and advice to IT related questions from one of our certified professionals. Our research has shown most users are in need of regular support on issues ranging from the simplest to the most complex. Most companies are happy to address the simple issues with outsourced, hourly wage contractors and then charge customers excessively for the more difficult issues. We, at Spiderhost, believe that every user is entitled to competent, helpful support regardless of the complexity of their questions and hope this will become a great resource for local businesses.
